Please note, Retro Pilates has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes, including first time complimentary classes. Appointments that are not cancelled within 12 hours or more before the start of the class- will result in a forfeited class credit. Clients with unlimited memberships will be charged a fee for “No shows” or “Late cancellations” equalling the cost of a drop-in class for your location.

For the safety and respect for our instructors and fellow students, we must close our doors to late students with a grace window of only 5 minutes. If you will be later than 5 minutes to class, please plan to see us next time! Thank you!
